- Timeline grounding: workshop-lead signup is live now (the site form). The Magnetic portal + Zabal connector entry open end of month (~May 30) - the announcement says "end of month" so it is not overpromising.
- Farcaster spaces session is the weekend hook - launch the post, then go live.
